USCIS has removed the consideration of the time factor in memberships. You can now include not only current but also past memberships in professional associations. This allows applicants to demonstrate their involvement and recognition in the professional community throughout their entire career.

Published Material About You in the Media

The requirement that materials must demonstrate the value of the applicant's work and contribution to the development of the industry has been removed. It is now sufficient that you are the main character of an article in a serious media outlet. This simplifies the evidence gathering process by allowing a wide range of published materials to be used.

Exhibitions

USCIS has clarified the definition of "exhibition." Now, this criterion applies only to artistic exhibitions. This simplifies the evaluation for applicants in creative professions by focusing on their key achievements and eliminating ambiguities in interpreting this term.The EB-1A visa is an immigrant visa category in the United States designed for individuals with extraordinary abilities in science, art, education, business, or athletics. To obtain this visa, an applicant must demonstrate "sustained national or international acclaim" and meet at least three of the ten established criteria for extraordinary ability.
