Timing

One case takes around 4-6 weeks to prepare.

Research

In the first two days, we do preliminary research about you and your resume: we study in detail all the publicly available information about your work over the past 5 years.

Strategy development

We arrange a call with you (on average the conversation lasts about an hour). We discuss your professional experience, explore opportunities to prove the connection between your work and the success of your employer(s) and consider possible recommendations.

Optional: public profile enhancement

If we understand that you need an additional “boosts" for your public profile, we get in touch with our colleagues in PR. This usually takes up to 3 months.

Preparation of documents

We prepare all the necessary documents for your case and ask for additional information if needed.

Additional discussion

Usually a second call is required, sometimes a third one. There are no restrictions here: we discuss everything until we understand that the case is 100% ready.

You receive documents you need to sign.

Submitting the application

Together we apply for an endorsement via a Zoom call.
